1. No one is allowed to drive an agricultural machine or construction machine unless he has a valid driver's license. Also no one is allowed to drive an agricultural machine or construction machine when this license has been revoked.

2. The issuance and validity of driving licenses for agricultural machinery or construction machinery are regulated by joint decisions of the Ministers of Agriculture or Development, as the case may be, and the Minister of Transport and Communications.

3. With the exception of the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, vehicles of a special category that have been characterized either as special tractors, or as construction machinery - moving heavy objects and circulate exclusively within port or airport facilities may be driven by drivers holding driving licenses of category CE or by drivers holding construction machinery driving licences.

4. Whoever drives an agricultural machine or a construction machine without having the appropriate driver's license or when it has been revoked or removed, is punished with imprisonment of one (1) to three (3) months and a fine of at least two hundred (200.00 ) euro.
