During the preparation, in accordance with the provision of article 15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, of the panel of experts and for the matters related to the incidents of traffic accidents, it must include persons who have technical scientific training or experience for traffic matters by preference from public servants or pensioners indicated by the Ministry of Public Order, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Technical Chamber of Greece and the legal entity that represents the International Automobile Federation in our country.
