From the entry into force of this Code, Law 2094/1992, as amended by Article 57 paragraph 15 of Law 2218/1994, Articles 3, 4 and 5 of the p.d. 19/1995, articles 8 paragraph 6 and 19 and 9 of law 2366/1995 and article 9 paragraphs 9-13 of law 2503/1997, as well as any contrary provision.

2. The provisions of article 13 of the b.d. of 24-9/20.10.1958, as amended by Article 3 of Law 1080/1980 and in force, are not affected by the provisions of this law. The permission of the municipal or community authorities for the occupation of a street or sidewalk is granted under the conditions of article 48 of this Code.

3. Provisions regarding the distribution of powers between central and regional government agencies are not affected by this Code.

4. Until the issuance of the presidential decrees and ministerial decisions provided for by this Code, the presidential decrees and ministerial decisions, which have been issued under the authority of the provisions of the previous Road Traffic Codes, are still valid, as long as they do not conflict with the provisions hereof.
