1. Decisions issued under the authority of the provisions of this Code are published in the Government Gazette, except for those issued by the Police Authorities, which are published by wall-sticking in the most central parts of the cities and villages concerned or by publication in local newspapers.

For publication, a report is drawn up by the competent body, which includes the date and place of publication and which is signed by two (2) witnesses. A copy of the report is kept by the relevant commander and a second copy is submitted to the one who issued the police decision, while the original is sent to the public prosecutor.
